AgileEngine is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems, supporting Case lifecycles through robust API integrations and data synchronization.

The role involves production troubleshooting, incident support, and on-call rotation, with opportunities to work on enterprise integration/middleware initiatives and collaborate across internal teams. Flextime and USD-based compensation are offered.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience as a software developer.
• Hands-on experience with Java and MuleSoft.
• Experience with enterprise integration/middleware.
• Production troubleshooting and incident support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems.
• Contribute to engineering efforts across daemons and MuleSoft capabilities, focusing on the integration layer.
• Support stakeholders in Service Cloud and collaborate on integration issues affecting Cases and workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures impacting Salesforce Service Cloud processes.
• Participate in the Developer First Responder rotation and Ops Review process.
• Triage critical alerts related to integration/API health and monitor platform health KPIs.
• Handle keep-the-lights-on injects, track open incidents, document findings in Confluence.
• Keep sprint data current and communicate status via tickets, standups, and Slack.
