AgileEngine is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems. You will build and maintain API integrations, manage data synchronization, and support production troubleshooting, with on-call rotation as part of a core responsibility.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience, advanced English, and hands-on work on-site three days per week at client offices in Microcentro, CABA.

• Support stakeholders in Service Cloud, collaborating on integration issues affecting Cases/workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures impacting downstream processes.
• Participate in Developer First Responder rotation and Ops reviews.
• Triage alerts and monitor platform health for MuleSoft/Java services.
• Document findings in Confluence and keep sprint data current.
• Communicate status via tickets, standups, and Slack, following DevOps processes.

SSR/SR JAVA Developer, Microcentro, CABA ID #00236

Develop project documentation, including the preparation of proposals and business cases.

Establish and oversee execution and monitoring teams for end-to-end transformation initiatives.

Design and maintain automated reporting with analytics to support project and objectives tracking.

Monitor tasks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure objectives are achieved.

Manage communication deliverables related to project functions.

Create presentation materials for leadership’s engagement.

Back-End: Proficient in coding in Java (exclusive) with Spring boot framework. Knowledge of RDMS like SQLServer / Oracle / Kafka / MongoDB / Git versioning. Experience developing RESTful services using Spring Boot and JPA for persistence.

Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD & Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Experience creating and executing unit tests, integrations tests and automated test scirpto to ensure software quality.

Advanced English is mandatory.

Work modality: 3 days per week on-site at the client’s offices in Microcentro, CABA

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a MuleSoft Developer to own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems. This person builds and maintains API integrations, message routing, and data synchronization that power case creation and orchestration. Production troubleshooting, incident support, and on-call rotation are part of the role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own and maintain the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to the upstream and downstream systems that support the Case object lifecycle.
• Contribute to active engineering efforts across internally owned daemons and MuleSoft capabilities, with a focus on the integration layer.
• Support stakeholders and their reps in Service Cloud, partnering with internal teams on integration-related issues affecting Cases and case workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures impacting downstream Salesforce Service Cloud processes.
• Participate in the DFR (Developer First Responder) rotation and Ops Review process as a core, non-optional responsibility.
• Triage critical alerts related to integration/API health and monitor platform health KPIs for MuleSoft/Java services.
• Handle "keep-the-lights-on" injects, track open incidents, and document findings in Confluence.
• Keep sprint data current, including availability, carryover, and newly assigned points.
• Maintain transparency on work status via tickets, standup, and Slack; follow established engineering and DevOps processes; collaborate effectively across the team and partner teams; and complete assigned work reliably and on schedule.
