AgileEngine in Bariloche is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems, powering Case lifecycle.

The role focuses on building and maintaining API integrations, troubleshooting production issues, and participating in on-call rotation and incident response. This is a hands-on position in a fast-growing team at AgileEngine.

Formación

• Experience with MuleSoft and Java-based integration
• Strong understanding of API design and orchestration
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud integrations
• Ability to troubleshoot integrations in production environments

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems that support the Case object lifecycle.
• Contribute to active engineering efforts across internally owned daemons and MuleSoft capabilities, with a focus on the integration layer.
• Support stakeholders and their reps in Service Cloud, partnering with internal teams on integration-related issues affecting Cases and case workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures impacting downstream Salesforce Service Cloud processes.
• Participate in the DFR rotation and Ops Review process as a core, non-optional responsibility.
• Triage critical alerts related to integration/API health and monitor platform health KPIs for MuleSoft/Java services.
• Handle keep-the-lights-on injects, track open incidents, and document findings in Confluence.
• Keep sprint data current, including availability, carryover, and newly assigned points.
