AgileEngine is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems. You will build and maintain API integrations, manage message routing, and ensure data synchronization powering case creation and orchestration.

Production troubleshooting, incident support, and on-call rotation are part of the role; you will triage alerts and participate in the DevOps process to keep services healthy.

Formación

• Experience building and maintaining MuleSoft integrations with Java.
• Hands-on work connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream/downstream systems.
• Strong API integration and data synchronization capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the Java/MuleSoft integration layer for Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Contribute to internal daemons and MuleSoft capabilities with a focus on the integration layer.
• Support stakeholders on integration issues affecting Cases and workflows.
• Diagnose API/integration failures impacting downstream processes.
• Triage alerts and monitor MuleSoft/Java service health.
• Document findings and keep sprint data up to date.
