AgileEngine is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems. You will build, maintain, and troubleshoot API integrations powering Case creation and orchestration.

The role includes production troubleshooting, incident support, and an on-call rotation as part of a core engineering function. You will collaborate with internal teams on integration issues and maintain platform health.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience as a software developer with Java/MuleSoft expertise.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations across systems.
• Knowledge of production troubleshooting and incident support.
• Experience with enterprise integration/middleware ecosystems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve API/integration failures.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems.
• Contribute to engineering efforts across daemons and MuleSoft capabilities focused on integration.
• Support Stakeholders and reps in Service Cloud, partnering on integration issues affecting Cases.
• Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures impacting Salesforce processes.
• Participate in Developer First Responder rotation and Ops Review as a core responsibility.
• Triage alerts related to integration health and monitor MuleSoft/Java service KPIs.
• Handle keep-the-lights-on injects, track incidents, and document findings in Confluence.
• Maintain sprint data, availability, carryover, and new points; report status via tickets/standups.
• Collaborate across teams and complete work reliably and on schedule.
