AgileEngine is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud with upstream and downstream systems. You will build and maintain API integrations, manage data synchronization, and support case creation workflows with on-call rotation.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, incident support, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve integration issues affecting Cases and workflows.

Formación

• Experience developing Java/MuleSoft integrations for Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response capabilities.
• Experience with API governance and monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer for Salesforce Case lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain API integrations and data routing.
• Support Service Cloud stakeholders on integration issues.
• Diagnose API/integration failures and monitor health KPIs.
• Participate in Developer First Responder rotation.
• Triage alerts and document findings in Confluence.
• Keep sprint data up to date.
