Fundraise Up, a global fundraising platform, seeks an IT Support Engineer (L2) to join our distributed team. You will manage complex escalations across time zones, own access governance, and administer our SaaS ecosystem with automation and smart tooling.

We value hands-on macOS support, Google Workspace expertise, and proactive security improvements. This role offers fully remote work and opportunities to influence security posture across a global nonprofit platform.

Formación

• 5+ years in IT support or similar roles.
• Experience with macOS end-user troubleshooting.
• Strong Google Workspace administration experience (roles, logs, security).
• Knowledge of security incidents (phishing, account compromise).
• Experience with identity and access (RBAC, SSO/SAML/SCIM).
• Ability to document runbooks and mentor junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Handle L1-L2 escalations and admin operations.
• Onboard/offboard users and manage accounts in SaaS tools.
• Respond to security incidents and follow playbooks.
• Develop automations and integrations to reduce manual work.
• Maintain L1 runbooks, documentation, and provide guidance.
