Referment is seeking an infrastructure and operations engineer to keep our local technology environment available, stable and well supported. This hands-on role covers workplace technology, networks, servers, connectivity and cloud-based corporate services, with responsibility for first- and second-line user support and coordination with regional specialists.

You will operate and maintain local infrastructure, manage incidents, perform backups and security controls, and contribute to projects

Formación

• Experience supporting and administering corporate IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux, networks, connectivity, and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to cloud-based services, monitoring and ticketing tools.
• Automation or DevOps basics and infrastructure security practices.
• Advanced study or a degree in IT or engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain local infrastructure, monitoring systems, networks and services for performance and availability.
• Handle maintenance, patching, backups and security controls per corporate standards.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software, OS and productivity tools.
• Prepare and configure equipment for new starters, replacements and upgrades.
• Manage incidents and requests, escalating complex issues to resolution.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and maintain clear technical documentation.
