Verimatrix is seeking a Resident Engineer to own day-to-day administration and support of products deployed in client infrastructure across on-prem, hybrid, and AWS environments. This role acts as the primary technical contact, coordinating with client stakeholders and internal teams to keep systems secure and available.

You will monitor performance, perform RCA, automate recurring tasks, and lead patch deployments while maintaining strong customer-facing communication and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years in support/implementation roles with strong incident management.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud certs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the on-site/embedded technical contact for day-to-day support and escalation management at the client location.
• Administer and maintain Verimatrix products across on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, hybrid).
• Monitor performance, perform RCA, and coordinate remediation with relevant teams.
