Hire Feed is seeking an IT Manager to oversee and optimize a global IT infrastructure. You will lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring seamless operations and high system reliability across regions, while guiding initiatives in digital transformation and business continuity.

The role requires strategic technology management, strong leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders to align IT with business objectives and drive modernization across core systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT management experience with team leadership and project oversight.
• Proficiency in enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and networking.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage cross-functional technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Manage a team of IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
• Oversee budget planning, procurement, and vendor relationships for IT resources.
• Ensure 24/7 system availability with rapid incident resolution.
