Werben HR is seeking an experienced Network Operations Support Specialist to join our team. You will handle corporate WAN and wireless networks, maintaining high performance and timely incident resolution across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include L2/L3 support, health checks, incident management, and secure network configuration. Strong English skills and Cisco expertise are essential for this role, with flexibility for 24x7 coverage where required.

Formación

• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Deep understanding of network infrastructure, IP addressing, and routing/switching.
• Experience with advanced diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with security event management and stateful firewall technologies.
• Ability to manage and operate secure network environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 3–7 years of experience in Network Operations Support for WAN and Wireless.
• Manage and troubleshoot multi-site LAN/WAN networks, primarily Cisco.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support within defined SLAs.
• Perform daily network health checks, monitoring, and reporting using diagnostic tools.
• Support major incident management with effective network solutions.
• Configure, implement, install, and commission secure network environments, including routing and switching.
• Ensure end-to-end secure network operations with IPsec, SSL, PKI, and proxy services.
• Demonstrate flexibility with working hours, including 24x7 shifts and holiday coverage.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Network Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Corporate WAN and Wireless networks, with a focus on delivering excellent support and maintaining high-quality network performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 3-7 years of experience in Network Operations Support, focusing on Corporate WAN and Wireless environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot complex multi-site voice and data LAN/WAN network solutions, primarily using Cisco products.
• Handle Level 2 and Level 3 support for network operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Perform daily network health checks, monitoring, and reporting using advanced diagnostic tools to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Support major incident management, providing effective solutions for network-related issues.
• Configure, implement, install, and commission secure network environments, including routing, switching, and dynamic protocols.
• Ensure end-to-end secure network operations with expertise in technologies such as Access Control, Next-Generation Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Encryption (IPSEC, SSL, PKI), and Proxy Services.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to meet business requirements, including 24x7 shift patterns and occasional holiday coverage.

Essential Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• In-depth understanding of network infrastructure, advanced IP addressing, and routing/switching concepts.
• Proven ability to utilize advanced diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Experience with security event information management systems and stateful firewall technologies.
• Demonstrable ability to manage and support secure network environments effectively.

Good to Have (Desirable)

• Experience with Netcool for alert configuration and monitoring.
• CCNP certification or equivalent.
