Kyndryl is seeking an IT operations professional for a fully remote role based in Argentina. You will manage incidents, major incidents, and change with cross-functional coordination to restore services quickly and reliably.

Required: 3–5 years in IT operations or IT service management, ITIL knowledge, hands-on incident handling, and ServiceNow ITSM experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

• Strong written and verbal communication for leadership updates.

Mansioni

• Apply ITIL principles across Incident, Problem, Change, Monitoring, and Event Management.
• Act as Major Incident Manager for on-call rotations and critical events.
• Coordinate triage and troubleshooting with multiple technical teams.
• Support change management with incident context and rollback info.
• Lead root-cause analysis and track corrective actions.
• Produce regular service reports and stakeholder updates.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to prevent incident recurrence.
