Kyndryl is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional for a fully remote role based in Argentina. You will apply ITIL practices, manage incidents and major incidents, coordinate triage across multiple teams, and contribute to change and problem management while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Competenze

• Typically 3–5 years in IT operations, IT support, or IT service management.
• Hands-on experience applying ITIL practices in production environments.
• Experience managing incidents including prioritization, escalation, restoration, and stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrable Major Incident Management experience coordinating multi-team bridges.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability concepts.

Mansioni

• Apply ITIL principles in daily service operations and ensure process compliance.
• Act as Major Incident Manager and coordinate restoration efforts.
• Coordinate cross-team triage and escalation with clear ownership.
• Support Change Management with incident-related rollback information.
• Lead Problem Management with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
