AgileEngine, a remote-first IT company, seeks a Senior Help Desk Technician to manage device lifecycle, access, and endpoint security across a distributed workforce. You will deploy SentinelOne, onboard/offboard users, and build self-service resources while enforcing security controls and IAM practices.

The role requires strong Google Workspace, Jira Service Desk, and English communication skills, with experience supporting multiple time zones and driving IT improvements in a fast-paced startup

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with device management platforms (Rippling preferred, but Jamf, Intune, or similar acceptable).
• 3+ years of experience with Google Workspace administration.
• 2+ years of experience with endpoint security solutions (SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, or similar).
• Proven experience with IT service management principles and Jira Service Desk workflows.
• Strong background in access management and identity governance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT initiatives and drive process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Device & Asset Management: manage full laptop lifecycle, inventory, and baseline images.
• User Support & Access Management: handle onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, password resets.
• General IT Support: deploy SentinelOne, enforce security policies, assist audits and DR planning.
• Process Improvement & Automation: drive IT task completion, automate workflows, maintain procedures and metrics.
