Power Digital is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst based in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan area to manage our ticketing system, provide efficient IT support, and help maintain KPI alignment. You will support Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and LastPass, assist with system access, assets management, and contribute to security and documentation efforts in a fast-paced team.

This role requires a Bachelor's in IT or CS, 2+ years' experience, strong communication, and English at least B2; Okta experience

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and LastPass. Okta experience is a plus.
• B2 English level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Keep track of requests in the ticketing system and support KPI tracking.
• Provide support for systems including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and LastPass.
• Perform maintenance and updates for IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage assets for users in Argentina, including laptops configuration and shipping.
• Document IT procedures and common issues for future reference.
• Contribute to AI chatbot improvements with common IT queries.
