Sagan Recruitment is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator & Team Lead for a remote role open to global talent. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (EST); shifts may adjust to ensure 24-hour coverage.

This independent contractor position pays 3000–4000 USD per month. You will supervise IT support teams, handle L3 escalations, manage AD/M365/Azure, oversee networking and security, lead backup/DR efforts, and develop SOPs.

Formación

• Leadership and supervision of IT support teams (L1/L2).
• Handle L3 escalations for complex incidents.
• Design and maintain Active Directory, M365/Azure environments.
• Manage enterprise networking components and security controls.
• Lead backup and disaster recovery planning and troubleshooting.
• Create SOPs and escalation playbooks for the team.
• Communicate with clients and executives regarding incidents and SLAs.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise junior/mid IT staff and manage ticket queues.
• Act as senior escalation tier for Windows/cloud/network issues.
• Maintain AD, M365/Azure config, and domain policies.
• Oversee TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, VoIP.
• Lead backup/DR strategy and troubleshooting (Veeam, etc.).
• Document processes, SOPs, and escalation playbooks.
• Coordinate with clients and executives to ensure SLA adherence.
