Geeks on Site is seeking a hands‑on Senior Marketing Manager with direct marketing experience in U.S.-based Home Services companies. You will plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, qualified leads, service bookings, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in U.S. residential service campaigns, can coordinate internal teams and external agencies, and translate performance data into improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive marketing experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
• 2+ years coordinating marketing teams, agencies, or cross‑functional programs.
• Direct marketing experience with U.S.-based Home Services companies.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads and revenue for Home Services businesses.
• Strong knowledge of paid media, SEO/local SEO, content marketing, email marketing, branding, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
• Coordinate marketing specialists, agencies, and vendors with clear priorities and performance expectations.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources, adjusting based on performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and launch campaigns.
• Ensure marketing initiatives support growth strategy and customer acquisition objectives.
• Oversee campaigns across paid search, SEO, local SEO, social media, content, email, and automation.
• Maintain brand messaging and assets across channels.
• Develop campaigns for new services and market expansion.
