Job summary

Spartan Investment Group seeks a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to connect every growth channel into a single conversion system, translating marketing activity into measurable rentals and occupancy growth. You will work closely with the Marketing Director and specialists across paid media, SEO, content, web, digital experience, customer experience, and local partnerships to drive annual growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or customer acquisition.
• Proven record of increasing qualified lead volume, conversion, revenue, rentals, or another measurable customer outcome.
• Deep hands-on experience managing and optimizing multi-channel acquisition programs.
• Advanced understanding of paid media, landing pages, conversion optimization, analytics, attribution, CRM, and lead nurturing.
• Ability to diagnose complex funnel problems and turn findings into practical actions quickly.
• Multi-location or facility-level marketing with different budgets, priorities, and local market conditions preferred.
• English proficiency: Advanced professional fluency in English is required, including clear communication in meetings and emails.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer acquisition system for FreeUpStorage: diagnose performance issues, build campaigns, and launch tests.
• Coordinate with Marketing Director and specialists across paid media, SEO, content, web, digital experience, and partnerships.
• Aim to increase qualified leads and rentals while reducing cost per lead and improving return on ad spend.
• Lead monthly Marketing/Operations performance reviews with action items and progress tracking.
