Job summary

Hire Hangar is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute growth strategies that drive revenue and pipeline for B2B SaaS. This fully remote role operates in US time zones (EST–PST) with collaboration across product marketing, sales, and RevOps.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B growth or demand marketing within a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered products and their impact on buyer behavior and messaging.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and revenue through experimentation-led programs.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools and experience with US- or UK-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute growth marketing strategies aligned to revenue and pipeline targets.
• Own full-funnel experimentation across paid media, lifecycle email, landing pages, and conversion flows.
• Optimize acquisition and conversion performance across channels using data and testing frameworks.
• Partner with Product Marketing to position AI-driven value propositions clearly and effectively.
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to improve funnel velocity and conversion rates.
• Track and report on growth metrics including CAC, CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue impact.
