Job summary

Power Digital Marketing in Argentina seeks an experienced Consumer Services Marketing Account Director to lead a portfolio of 4–6 accounts across home services, education and more. You will focus on lead quality, CAC and expansion opportunities while coordinating cross-channel teams and leveraging Nova and Iris platforms.

The role emphasizes senior client relationships, data-driven decision making, and a flexible work model including remote or hybrid options.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in lead generation or consumer services marketing, agency or in-house.
• Experience with sales-led teams and aligning marketing to sales capabilities.
• Strong focus on CPL, CAC, LTV and lead quality over volume.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI to optimize business processes.
• Coordinate Nova ecosystem usage within your department.
• Run quarterly reviews to diagnose growth constraints across Business, Audience, Product, Messaging, Channels and Measurement.
• Collaborate with client sales or ops to define what constitutes a good lead.
• Own senior client relationships and drive CAC improvements in QBRs.
• Coordinate paid search, paid social, SEO, local and creative teams.
• Advise on geographic expansion and market prioritization.
• Manage retention, expansion and renewals to grow MRR.
• Build multi-layer client relationships to prevent single contact risk.
• Ensure daily use of Iris, nova, Pulse and Power Circuit compliance.
• Coach analysts and specialists with direct feedback.
