Power Digital Marketing is seeking a seasoned marketer to lead four to six lead-gen focused accounts across home services, education, financial services, and more. You will optimize CPL, lead-to-opportunity rates, and CAC while aligning with a sales team.

You'll diagnose growth constraints, coach analysts, and coordinate cross-channel strategies in a fully flexible, remote-friendly environment with a strong focus on client revenue growth.

Formación

• 6+ years in lead gen or consumer services marketing, agency or in-house.
• Able to align marketing with a sales team to close deals.
• Comfortable with paid search-heavy media mixes and local campaigns.
• Familiar with local SEO and review strategy for home services.

Responsabilidades

• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Coordinate paid search, paid social, SEO, local and creative teams.
• Run quarterly reviews to diagnose growth constraints and improvements.
• Own senior client relationships and discuss CAC in QBRs.
• Coach analysts and specialists with direct feedback.
• Assist geographic expansion and market prioritization.
• Manage retention, renewals, and expansion for MRR growth.
• Ensure use of Iris, nova, Pulse tools in daily workflow.
