Sweat Pants Agency LLC is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a fully remote role. You will own multiple Google Ads accounts end-to-end for DTC and eCommerce brands, driving measured growth and clear accountability.

You will own client communications, perform audits, shape attribution strategies, and manage brand vs. non-brand activity with a data-driven mindset. US Eastern business hours are required for client calls.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns before touching anything; review structure, bidding, feed, landing pages.
• Separate brand and non-brand campaigns and report them distinctly.
• Remote role; must handle US Eastern hours for client calls.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and the client’s direct point of contact; budgets range from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Audit client accounts before making changes: structure, keywords vs search terms, negatives, bidding strategy, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and conversion tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct businesses and report separately to show impact.
• Analyze PMax performance and attribution, ensuring alignment with incremental impact rather than just CAC.
• Own the feed and Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, promotions, and how it feeds Shopping and PMax.
