Miratech is seeking a Senior Genesys Cloud Specialist to support Telephony Delivery, focusing on integrating the WhatsApp channel within the contact center and developing new IVR functionalities.

The candidate will lead IVR design, WhatsApp integration, outbound campaign management, and deep integration work with REST APIs, Data Actions and webhooks, while communicating in English and Spanish.

This is a remote-friendly role with global project impact and opportunities for professional development.

Formación

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX in high-volume contact centers.
• Hands-on experience designing and configuring IVR flows with Genesys Cloud Architect; Composer/ININ on Prem is relevant.
• Experience integrating WhatsApp Business API with contact center platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and deploy IVR flows in Genesys Cloud Architect, including routing, authentication, and pre-operator stages.
• Lead development and integration of WhatsApp Business channel within Genesys Cloud (templates, routing, BSUID).
• Configure and optimize outbound and Skill Based Dialing campaigns, including Fair Use, dialing ratios, and agent-to-skill assignment.
• Act as technical reference for Marketing rollout initiatives, including campaign assignment, predictive/progressive dialing, contact list management.
• Contribute to evolution of Genesys Cloud integration architecture using Embeddable Framework, EventBridge, and APIs.
• Provide support for incidents related to IVR, WhatsApp, and outbound functionality; document designs, flows, and test cases in English and Spanish.
