Miratech is seeking a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer to design, integrate, support, and optimize contact-center solutions. The role blends advanced platform expertise with customer-focused collaboration and flexible service conditions.

The position requires close alignment with the Spanish team during Spanish business hours (10:00 AM–6:00 PM Spain time) and fluency in English and Spanish. Remote work is supported, with ongoing opportunities for growth and global impact.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• English B2+ and Spanish C1+ proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud Architect and Platform APIs.
• Experience with Data Actions and Outbound Dialing.
• Experience with Analytics, Reporting, and QA processes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and maintain Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• Optimize interactions with IVR, queues, and omnichannel flows.
• Configure routing with queues, skills, schedules, and rules.
• Develop integrations via REST/JSON APIs and webhooks.
• Manage outbound dialing campaigns and recording/QA features.
• Implement Bot Flows and Bot Connector integrations.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for incidents.
