Miratech is seeking a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer in Cordoba, Argentina, to design, integrate, support, and optimize contact-center solutions. The role requires collaboration with the Spanish team and alignment with business hours.

You will work with Genesys Cloud CX/Architect, REST APIs, webhooks, Data Actions, and Bot Connector, delivering scalable, reliable customer experiences. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• 6+ years designing Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• Fluency in English (B2+) and Spanish (C1+).
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud Architect and APIs.
• Experience with outbound dialing and analytics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• Configure routing, IVR, queues, and bot flows.
• Develop integrations via REST/JSON APIs, webhooks, and Data Actions.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and collaborate with teams.
