Miratech is seeking a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer to design, integrate, and optimize contact-center solutions. The role involves close collaboration with the Spanish team and requires strong Spanish and English language skills.

Responsibilities include configuring Genesys Cloud CX, Architect flows, data actions and REST integrations, plus analytics, dashboards, and reporting. Travel and remote work flexibility are possible under a global, multicultural environment.

Formación

• 6+ years designing and delivering Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish at least B2+ and C1+.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud Architect, REST APIs, webhooks and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• Optimize interaction flows (IVR, ACD, queues, bots, omnichannel).
• Configure and optimize routing, queues, skills, schedules, and rules.
