AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a squad and build backend services with Java and Spring Boot, supported by an Angular frontend.

You will lead technical execution, design robust backend systems, and mentor the team while modernizing architecture toward domain-driven design and strong API patterns. This role offers hybrid work options and growth opportunities within a leading software company.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead with ability to motivate teams and mentor juniors.
• Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular; 6+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of OOAD, design patterns, and architectural patterns.
• Deep understanding of Domain-Driven Design and bounded contexts.
• Extensive experience building and consuming RESTful services.
• Relational databases experience (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and JPA/Hibernate.
• Backend-heavy mindset with focus on server-side logic, performance, and architecture.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
