Qualifications

• Leadership experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead with mentoring track record.
• Java (Spring Boot) and Angular with 6+ years experience.
• Kafka experience.
• OOAD, design patterns, and architectural pattern awareness.
• Domain-driven design with strong bounded contexts.
• RESTful services development and consumption.
• Relational databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle; JPA/Hibernate.
• Backend-focused mindset with solid engineering practices.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
