AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will develop REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask) and frontend in React/TypeScript, manage PostgreSQL schemas and migrations, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to push back on short-term shortcuts.

• 5–7 years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database migrations.
• Comfortable with REST APIs; migrating away from legacy GraphQL where needed.
• Experience building data‑heavy applications and handling large datasets.
• Hands‑on use of AI‑assisted development tools with sound judgment.
• Proficient in Mac/Linux terminal environments (Bash, Makefiles).
• Strong soft skills and the ability to defend technical opinions while shipping robust solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and defining problems before solving them.
• Upper‑intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Surface, validate, and resolve data from ETL pipelines, data lake outputs, and model results.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools while ensuring long‑term maintainability.
• Lead discussions with engineers to clarify functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Collaborate daily with engineers via Slack and Google Meet.
