AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will develop REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask), and craft responsive React/TypeScript frontends, while managing PostgreSQL schemas and migrations.

You will leverage Docker for packaging and utilize AI-assisted tools with critical judgment to ensure maintainability, operating in an environment where requirements are often ad hoc

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database migrations.
• Comfortable with REST APIs; able to migrate from GraphQL when needed.
• Demonstrated experience building data-heavy applications.
• Practical use of AI-assisted development tools with prudent judgment.
• Proficiency with Mac/Linux terminal environments.
• Strong soft skills and ability to argue technical positions constructively.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Interface with data lake/ETL outputs and model results to surface issues and validate data.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude Code) while ensuring long-term maintainability.
• Drive conversations with engineers to clarify requirements and constraints.
• Collaborate daily with engineers via Slack and Google Meet.
