AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces that surface, validate, and resolve data issues from ETL pipelines, data lake outputs, and ML model results for a large-scale marketing analytics platform.

You will develop REST APIs in Python using FastAPI or Flask, build responsive React/TypeScript frontends, manage PostgreSQL schemas and migrations, and leverage AI-assisted development tools with critical judgment.

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL) and migrations.
• Comfortable with REST APIs; migrate away from legacy GraphQL where needed.
• Demonstrated experience building or maintaining data-heavy applications.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools with critical judgment.
• Proficient in Mac/Linux terminal (Bash, Makefiles).
• Strong soft skills: defend technical opinions and drive scalable maintainable solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity; define problems and gather context before solving.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Surface, validate, and resolve data issues from data lake, ETL pipelines, health-check logic, or model outputs.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) with critical evaluation of AI output.
• Drive conversations with engineers to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work daily with engineers over Slack and Google Meet.
