AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform.

You will develop REST APIs in Python and build React/TypeScript frontends, manage PostgreSQL schemas, and leverage AI-assisted development tools with strong judgment for long-term maintainability. Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and database migrations.
• Comfortable with REST APIs; can migrate away from legacy GraphQL where needed.
• Demonstrated experience building or maintaining data-heavy applications.
• Practical, hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools, with judgment to challenge AI output.
• High comfort in a Mac/Linux terminal environment.
• Strong soft skills: defend technical opinions and ship maintainable solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity: define problems and constraints before solving.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Build interfaces and services surfacing, validating, and resolving data from data lake, ETL pipelines, health-check logic, or model outputs.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to move fast while evaluating AI output for long-term maintainability.
• Drive conversations with engineers to clarify requirements and avoid short-term fixes.
• Collaborate daily with engineers via Slack and Google Meet.
