AgileEngine seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will develop REST APIs in Python (FastAPI or Flask), and craft responsive React/TypeScript frontends while managing PostgreSQL schemas and migrations.

You will leverage AI-assisted development tools with critical judgment to ensure long-term maintainability, and you will own problem framing in ad hoc, underspecified contexts,

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database migrations.
• Comfortable with REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL as needed.
• Experience with data-heavy applications and scalable backend systems.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools with sound judgment.
• Proficient in a Mac/Linux terminal environment.
• Excellent communication and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Surface, validate, and resolve issues in data from ETL pipelines, data lake outputs, and model results.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Use AI-assisted development tools while evaluating outputs for long-term maintainability.
• Drive conversations with engineers to clarify requirements and constraints.
• Collaborate daily with the team via Slack and Google Meet.
