AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will develop REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask) and craft responsive React/TypeScript frontends.

You will work with PostgreSQL schemas and migrations, containerize with Docker, and apply AI-assisted development tools while maintaining long-term maintainability. Expect ad hoc requirements and ownership of framing problems before solving.

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and database migrations.
• Comfortable with REST APIs; able to migrate away from legacy GraphQL when needed.
• Demonstrated experience building or maintaining data-heavy applications with large datasets.
• Practical, hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools, with critical judgment.
• High comfort level in a Mac/Linux terminal environment (Bash).
• Strong soft skills: defend technical opinions and ship maintainable solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity: define problems and frame work in ad hoc environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Develop interfaces and services to surface, validate, and resolve data issues from data lake/ETL pipelines/model outputs.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools while evaluating output for long-term maintainability.
• Lead conversations with engineers to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate daily with engineers over Slack and Google Meet.
