AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will develop REST APIs in Python using FastAPI or Flask, and build responsive React/TypeScript frontends, while managing PostgreSQL schemas and migrations.

In this role you will leverage AI-assisted tools with critical judgment, work in an ambiguous environment, and take ownership of problem framing, constraints, and solutions

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL databases and migrations.
• REST APIs experience; migrate from legacy GraphQL where needed.
• Experience with data-heavy applications.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools with critical judgment.
• Comfortable in a Mac/Linux terminal environment.
• Strong soft skills and ability to defend technical positions.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, ad hoc environments.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Surface, validate, and resolve issues in data from ETL pipelines, data lake outputs, or model results.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools while evaluating AI output for long-term maintainability.
• Drive conversations with engineers to clarify requirements and constraints.
• Collaborate daily with engineers via Slack and Google Meet.
