AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will implement REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask), develop React/TypeScript frontends, manage PostgreSQL schemas, and ensure code quality with AI-assisted tools while avoiding short-term hacks.

The role requires ownership of problem definition in an ad hoc environment, collaboration with engineers, and a commitment to long-term

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Relational databases with PostgreSQL and migrations.
• Experience building data-heavy applications.
• Ability to work in a Mac/Linux terminal environment.
• Ambiguity tolerance and ownership of problem definition.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Surface, validate, and resolve data issues from data lake, ETL, and model outputs.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Use AI-assisted development tools while evaluating AI output.
• Drive conversations with engineers to clarify requirements.
• Collaborate daily with engineers via Slack and Google Meet.
