Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend with Java + Spring Boot; frontend React.
• Experience with Kafka, GraphQL, SQL, or MongoDB.
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes; production troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues on live events platform.
• Diagnose problems across distributed backend systems and event workflows.
• Collaborate with Client Support and GTM teams to triage tickets.
• Ensure SLAs are met with timely issue resolution.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts.
• Update event logic as platform dependencies evolve.
• Contribute to architecture improvements and scalability.
• Own code merges, deployments, and production changes.
• Support and onboard additional engineers.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects.
