AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Santiago del Estero to diagnose and resolve production issues for a high-traffic hiring events product.

You will own multiple projects, ramp quickly, and drive end-to-end solutions with a focus on reliability and performance. Required are 4+ years in software engineering, strong Java/Spring Boot skills, Django/Python as a secondary skill, plus React, Kafka, GraphQL, and SQL or MongoDB.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot as primary skill, Django/Python as secondary.
• Experience with React, Kafka, GraphQL, and SQL or MongoDB.
• Strong ownership, able to ramp up quickly across projects.
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve production issues for high-traffic events.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to triage support tickets.
• Ensure timely resolution to meet SLAs and monitor alerts.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations affecting events.
• Maintain event logic and onboard team members as roles grow.
