AgileEngine in Mendoza, Argentina, is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to drive production stability and mentor engineers across Java, Python, and React. You will own end-to-end delivery for high-traffic hiring products, resolve incidents, and mentor teams to resolve complex issues.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Backend: Java/Spring Boot primary; Django/Python as secondary.
• Frontend: React.
• Experience with Kafka, GraphQL, SQL or MongoDB.
• Build and deployment experience.
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.
• Senior-level with ownership across multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and ownership.
• Technical leadership and onboarding of other engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve production issues, with emphasis on ongoing hiring events.
• Partner with client-facing teams to triage and address tickets.
• Drive timely issue resolution to meet SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts or performance degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations affecting hiring events.
• Maintain and update event logic in response to changes in dependencies and upstream systems.
