Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience with Django/Python as a secondary stack.
• Proficient in React, Kafka, and GraphQL.
• Experience with SQL or MongoDB.
• Build and deployment experience.
• Able to ramp up quickly and own multiple projects.
• High ownership and autonomy.
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve production issues for in-progress hiring events.
• Partner with client-facing teams to triage support tickets.
• Ensure issues meet SLAs and monitor production systems.
• Respond to alerts and performance degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations affecting events.
• Maintain event logic amid dependency changes.
• Onboard and mentor new team members, prioritizing lead/senior hires.
