AgileEngine in Mendoza, Argentina is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to diagnose and resolve production issues for a high-traffic hiring events product. You will own critical features from backend services to front-end interfaces, collaborating with client-facing teams.

The role requires strong Java/Spring Boot and Django/Python skills, React experience, and familiarity with Kafka, GraphQL, SQL or MongoDB, and deployment workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java/Spring Boot as the primary skill set.
• Django/Python as a secondary skill set.
• React experience.

• Build and deployment experience.
• Senior-level engineer who can ramp up quickly and own multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and resolve production issues for high-traffic hiring events.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to triage and address support tickets.
• Ensure timely resolution to meet SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts or performance degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations impacting hiring events.
• Maintain and update event logic as dependencies change.
• Onboard and mentor additional team members as roles grow.
