AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize a portfolio of employee lifecycle applications. You will work primarily with Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, and React, strengthening integrations with Workday and iCIMS to support the candidate and employee lifecycle.

You will help evolve these tools toward AI-enabled, agent-based workflows, emphasizing scalability, security, and improved user experience across global teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Proficient in Python/Django backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience integrating applications with LLMs, AI assistants, agents, or other generative AI capabilities.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and OAuth 2.0, token management, scopes, least-privilege access.
• Knowledge of AI security and governance, including data handling and auditability.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript/React.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
