AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to diagnose and resolve production issues for a high-traffic hiring events product. The role emphasizes Java/Spring Boot as the primary skill and Django/Python as a secondary skill, with React, Kafka, GraphQL, and database experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java/Spring Boot as the primary skill set.
• Django/Python as a secondary skill set.
• Experience with React is required.
• Experience with Kafka and GraphQL.
• SQL or MongoDB experience.
• Build and deployment experience.
• Senior-level engineer able to ramp up quickly and own multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve production issues on high-traffic hiring events.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to triage support tickets.
• Ensure issues meet established SLAs and respond to alerts.
• Monitor production systems and react to performance degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations impacting events.
• Maintain and update event logic as dependencies change.
• Onboard and mentor new team members, prioritizing Lead/Senior hires.
