AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Tech Lead to own production systems for a high-traffic hiring product. You will pair deep technical ownership across Java, Spring Boot, Python/Django, and React with mentorship for engineers and client-facing collaboration.

You will resolve production issues, drive architecture changes, and maintain event logic across multiple concurrent projects while balancing speed, quality, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java/Spring Boot as the primary backend stack.
• Django/Python as a secondary backend stack.
• React for frontend development.
• Build and deployment experience.
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.
• Senior-level engineer able to ramp up quickly and own multiple projects.
• High ownership and autonomy with minimal hand-holding.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
• Experience leading and onboarding other engineers.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and resolve production issues on a live, high-traffic product.
• Partner with client-facing teams to triage and address tickets.
• Drive timely issue resolution to meet SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts or degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations affecting events.
• Maintain/update event logic in response to dependency changes.
