Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC and eCommerce brands. You will be the direct client contact, present updates, defend decisions, and drive growth through paid media with clear attribution and testing.

You will own feeds, tracking, landing pages, and performance across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, using AI tools to ship scalable results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to drive growth through paid media across channels.
• Experience with attribution modeling and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit and optimize campaigns, feeds, and tracking before changes.
• Manage brand vs non-brand strategy and measurement.
• Explain decisions to clients and defend results and plans.
• Own landing pages, PMax, and performance experiments.
• Operate with AI tools and ship scalable frameworks.
