Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to work remotely with US Eastern hours, owning end-to-end Google accounts for 50+ brands. You will be the client contact, write updates, defend decisions, and drive accountable growth across campaigns, feeds, and tracking.

You must own attribution decisions, balance brand and performance, and build or deploy assets using AI and modern tooling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce and clear results.
• Fluent English communication for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact; budgets range from $5k/mo to six figures monthly.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, terms, negatives, bidding, audience, tracking, and landing pages.
• Manage brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report them separately.
• Understand what PMax is doing and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Keep Google automation in check and audit auto-recommendations and assets.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center health, titles, disapprovals, promotions.
• Own tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goals, conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required assets: landing pages, scripts, and reporting.
• Build the things the account needs and ship landing pages with AI tools.
