Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI‑compliant environment.

You will own CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes clusters, implement IaC, and collaborate across global teams to ensure reliable releases and strong security. This role requires 4+ years in DevOps or SRE, scripting in Python/Bash/Go, and hands‑on with Terraform/CloudFormation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform‑engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation).
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container tooling (Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, or Flux).
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or Go; solid SQL skills; comfort with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Build and run cloud infrastructure as code for AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Own CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI with security scanning and automated rollbacks.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads; manage autoscaling, ingress, secrets, and policy.
• Develop observability dashboards and alerts using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Implement PCI‑aware security and compliance controls; lead on-call rotations and incident response.
