AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability for Data and AI work in a PCI-compliant environment.

The role requires 4+ years of DevOps/SRE experience, hands-on CI/CD and IaC skills (Terraform, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones, manage on-call rotations, and help raise reliability and security standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container tooling.
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or Go; cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry.
• Understanding of PCI-compliant or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and run cloud infrastructure as code for Data & AI teams.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads.
• Build observability dashboards and alerting.
• Implement security and PCI-compliance controls.
• Lead incident response and on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with developers and platform teams.
