Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI‑compliant environment. You will own the CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes clusters, and implement security controls while collaborating with cross‑functional teams across time zones.

You will design scalable infrastructure as code, drive reliability, and lead incident response, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and secure, observable systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years DevOps/SRE/platform engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI and IaC with Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation.
• Kubernetes experience (EKS/AKS/GKE) and container tooling (Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, Flux).
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go; SQL skills; cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog.
• Cloud security and PCI-compliant environments; strong communication and time-zone coordination.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, Roadmap & Vision – build the DevOps/observability roadmap for Data & AI teams.
• Design and build cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform, packaging reusable modules for multiple clouds.
• Own CI/CD pipelines — build, test, security scanning, blue/green or canary deploys, automated rollback.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads with Helm/ArgoCD/Flux, including autoscaling and ingress.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog; provide dashboards and SLO alerts.
• Implement security and PCI-conscious controls: IAM, SSO, secrets management, vulnerability scans, policy-as-code.
• Lead incident response with on-call, runbooks, blameless post-mortems, and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with developers and AI engineers on dev experience and developer self-service.
• Shape internal platform standards; participate in reviews with India and US teams.
