AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI-compliant environment.

4+ years of DevOps/SRE experience required, with hands-on CI/CD and IaC expertise across AWS/Azure/GCP. Strong Kubernetes, scripting, and observability skills are essential. The role offers hybrid work options and USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI and IaC tooling (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation).
• Kubernetes knowledge (EKS/AKS/GKE) and container tooling (Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, Flux).
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go; solid SQL; comfort with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Observability stacks: New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Cloud security and PCI-compliant environments knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and with a team across time zones, including on-call rotations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, Roadmap & Vision – build the DevOps/observability roadmap for Data & AI teams.
• Design and build cloud infrastructure as code for AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Own CI/CD pipelines—build, test, security, canary deployments, and automated rollback.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads with Helm, ArgoCD, or Flux.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Implement security and compliance: IAM/SSO, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, policy-as-code.
• Lead incident response, on-call rotations, post-mortems, reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with developers on dev experience and internal platform tooling.
• Contribute to internal platform standards and knowledge sharing across teams.
